Dr. Nass sees patients by appointment only. To schedule one at your convenience, please call the office at (212) 734-4515 .
If you have a hearing loss, noise in the ears, or a balance problem an audiogram will be necessary in order for Dr. Nass to make a full assessment of your condition. When you make your appointment, please let us know you have these symptoms so that we can coordinate with our audiologist.

Please have your insurance card ready when you make your appointment so we can confirm your coverage. If your plan requires a referral from your primary-care physician (PCP), please make sure the necessary approvals and/or forms have been sent to our office before your visit. We won’t be able to bill your insurance carrier without them.
Out of Network Patients
We’ll be happy to see you regardless of your insurance plan, but please be prepared to pay in full at the time of your visit. If you have out of network insurance coverage we’ll provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance carrier on your own.
We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, checks, and cash. Patients are responsible for all insurance co-payments at the time of the visit and will receive a bill for any co-insurance and/or deductibles as determined by their respective insurance carrier.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Remember, we’ve reserved your appointment time especially for you, so if you need to cancel or reschedule please give us a call at least 24 hours before your appointment. No shows or appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a cancellation fee.
